Did you cArry on? I am sure you won't die? I think I did upto day 3 then got distracted and gave up. Confused

Maybe we should motivate each other to do it?

DD (10) and I have started this. I printed the details off the website and we are adding in burpees, squats and push ups!

Day 3 done!

25 sit ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg raises, 15 second plank, 6 tricep dips, 5 push ups, 10 mountain climbers and 15 burpees.

Phew!

Does anyone know if there's a postnatal version of this? Really want to do it but I think I have a bit if separation post twin pregnancy and don't want to go near crunches...
