Just that really. I did something to my left leg inner thigh adductor region on Tuesday. I was in a lot of pain with it Tues evening/Weds/most of yesterday but I've been mauling myself massaging it at every opportunity and today it is much better. I should probably hold off running until after the weekend, shouldn't I? I'm fairly new to this exercise thing, and it's my first proper injury, so I'm clueless.
