I was just wondering at what gestation did you change from doing your normal exercise to doing pregnancy specific workouts? I normally like running but feel nervous to do my usual runs (i used to run 6-8 miles 3/4 times a week) so thought I would try a pregnancy dvd. However they seem quite tame for obvious reasons and almost a bit pointless at the moment (i'm at the start of my second trimester). So I wondered when is it normal to start using them and am I wasting my time doing them now?
