I've never really done any exercise and I'm pretty unhealthy tbh. I know this needs to change but I don't know how!
I have an 24 month old and an 8 month old. They will have to exercise with me as I have no help, babysitter etc. and I can't afford to put them in a crèche.
Any ideas?

Walking while they snooze in pushchair?
There's Lots you can do at home either while they are sleeping or while they watch you and laugh!
Sit ups
Press ups
Squats
Lunges
Plank.
Get a DVD from the library if you think you'll lack motivation or maybe you need help wit how to do the exercises.
And more walking!

Good luck.

My two year old used to think he was better than me at doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred :)

30 day shred is ace- £5 and the first two levels are on YouTube so you can check it out for free. I often sit DS down with the iPad whilst I do a quick DVD or do it after bedtime.

Double pram, long afternoon walks, or even just to the shop/park and back. Pushing 2 children around is quite the workout. As is the general up and down the stairs changing nappies/ wiping/ cleaning that comes with 2 small people. When mine were a bit bigger (baby was about 1) my council gym ran a crèche in the morning that coincided with a class. Felt odd to be alone, but good.
