Need recommendations!
I am going on holiday on 3 weeks and after trying my swim suit on today have had realisation that I need to do some urgent toning! Would also like to lose half a stone so am back on slimming world but need to add some exercise.
Preferably want something not too long that I could do every day, was thinking 30 day shred or davina fit in 15 but open to ideas! I know I won't be able to achieve huge amounts in the time I have but can def make a difference I think, with some motivation.
