I am a lazy arse. 30 day exercise challenge anyone?

For a variety of reasons I have become do unfit and lazy over the last year. I need to do something about it.

I've done various things in the past - gym, 30 day shred, Couch to 5k.

But I get bored easily and like variety. I tend to miss one day and then give up. I also have 4yr old DS at home with me a couple of days a week.

So today I decided I am going to do ^something^ everyday. Even if it's a brisk dog walk or a few sit ups and lunges.

If I keep a diary here I might keep it up Smile

Anyone in?

Ok! I'm reading a book about getting fit and thin at forty so count me in. Today I'm gonna gut the toy room. It's very large so does that count or do I need to do structured exercise too?

Hello Smile

Nope I think that counts. I'm planning on just doing something - even if it's gardening or spring cleaning, that makes me move and get my heart rate up.

I'm just about to take DS2 and my dogs for a walk. This is usually done at a snails pace but I'm going to try and up the ante and add do some star jumps and running (luckily on a farm so no audience!)

Right I did it! Mucked out the playroom. Very energetic and if nothing else it put my BP up loosing my temper at the kids lol.

Circuit training with DS2 was interesting yesterday!

Today I stomped around Bluewater instead of dawdling and I have just done day 1 of the ab, lunge bad push up challenges. I struggled to do 1 sit-up!
