Best DVD for unfit housebound person?

I can't get out of the house at all at the moment so after having rebuilt my exercise routine after cancer by walking programme I am now back to being very unfit. My dd is seriously ill (long story) and waiting for personal carers to come in.

What I would like is to do some exercise (about 15 mins a day to start) to tone me, to increase my stamina and to relax me! I used to LOVE stretch/yoga/Pilates classes but have done everything on my time.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Was looking at Davina ones? but don't like circuit training/military style exercise especially. Has to be possible in small sitting room!

Have a look at YogaGlo - its a website (that you pay for but has free trial). Loads and loads of yoga workouts from 5mins upwards, all levels, most types. Really good search function so if you have 20 mins and fancy working on your core it'll bring up a list, or if you have 15 mins and want a relaxing bedtime one...

I've been getting really into it - its not like a DVD which can get a bit repetitive - I have loads of choice.

Also have a look at FitnessGlo by the same guys - I've not tried it but is the same idea with loads of different types of fitness class (though not pure yoga)

I would recommend Rosemary Conley Real Results DVD - I did a few of her classes and got the DVD to do at home - it's gentle and is low impact so shouldn't make your joints hurt and it really worked for me. It is in sections so you can tailor your workouts to do just 10 minutes and build up that way. Good luck Thanks

What about something like this? Jillian Michaels does a yoga workout, or most of her workouts you could do in the sitting room. Or you could have a look on youtube - there are loads of workouts on there so you can give something a go without spending any money.

You could try the 7 minute workout- two rounds would be perfect. It's a mix of body weight toning exercises and high intensity intervals (though take it easy on those at first).

You can get a free app and you just need a wall, a chair and a little bit of space.

Thank you all, will look tomorrow
