I'm looking for some advice on pregnancy-friendly sports. At the moment I go to the gym, run, cycle and ride horses. Unfortunately, I can't swim due to a skin condition.

I carried on horse riding till 25 weeks (flat work) and cycling to 38 weeks, though I did ease down from 75 miles a week to 45! If you feel comfortable, keep doing it. However, it's up to you to weigh up the risks.
