Hi. I am a running newbie and have just completed couch to 5k. I am away next week for a week in Gothenburg for work and firstly, I don't want to lose hard fought fitness ground and secondly it will actually be far easier to find the time to do some running (no kids or husband!). I wondered if there are equivalent apps to Mapmyrun (which have just discovered) that recommend routes etc. As you can tell I don't need long routes but not knowing the area at all it would be nice to have a plan! The goal is 10k charity run so I am a way off that but want to keep on track. Thanks for any replies.
