im not overweight, most likely under if im honest, my problem is fat on my legs inner thigh mainly and bum. im small but have never been able to tone these areas.

before dd 4yrs ago I used to go gym 3-4 times a week, use leg machines, do pilates on alternate days.. still back then I couldn't shift the fat!.

ive been doing fat burning cardio using fitness blender on youtube with no results. also been walking (fast walk) just got my skipping rope in hope it might help? im not aiming for stick legs just minus the wobble when i walk :-)

any advice is appreciated.

Lunges and squats. Lots of them. Ultimate and magical arse-lifting properties and no expensive gym membership or equipment required.

Look up on YouTube how to do them correctly so you don't bugger your knees like I have

mouses · 06/06/2014 22:09

thanks CQ I have looked up on youtube how to do both, getting better at them ( I think) but still dodgy and don't think im doing them affectively?

was hoping I could avoid squats /lunges and there was another magic fat buster option haha! I guess that was wishful thinking.

....off to squat :-D

I have a fab firm bum, brilliant legs but a wibbly wobbly tummy :-( Maybe we could swap body parts Grin

I tend to cycle abit, walk lots, swim abit and lots of weights, step exercises etc

FruitBasedDrinkForALady · 06/06/2014 22:13

Lunges, squats and running have done wonders for my not quite as jiggly legs.

mouses · 06/06/2014 22:29

hmm, swap sounds good, but ive still got a little pooch after 3rd DC ;-)
maybe I should walk up and down my stairs more, saves buying a step, Ive been walking a lot recently, only downside is I walk to my local Tesco (30min brisk walk) instead of turning round and heading back - I go in and spend money (fruit mostly) so im weighed down and get bus back - loosing the wrong pounds lol

oh well looks like it lunges and squats are the answer, sigh!

OMG that's crazy. I remember seeing that advertised in the States. I'm too old scared for that!

Did you buy it in the UK MrsW? Will they ship it over from the US? Or do they do a UK version?
