I've lost 20lbs since early march & although I've got the same again to lose before I'm a healthy BMI, I finally feel ready to combine my new healthy eating with some exercise but not really sure where to start.
The good news is I have 2 weekday mornings off work & could grab an hour at the weekend so have no excuse about not having time, bad news is SPD in last pregnancy is flared by even a brisk walk (& dubious pelvic floor muscles
) probably exclude the obvious answer of get out running. I'm thinking cycling but so unfit I'm puffed out just going half a mile to the local shops so wondering if/how much exercise I'll actually get. Hate home DVDs & can't afford gym membership.
Any thoughts?
