DD is on the mend. Her foot thankfully isn't broken but she has done some soft tissue damage. No PE (running) this week for her but she's going to give swimming with school a go tomorrow.

I have decided that my round-the-village walk (2.5k) will be a daily occurrence and tonight I added a 3.5k run to my daily tally!

poor thing, hope it all feels better soon - children generally mend a bit more promptly than adults don't they? enjoy the run tonight, I'm going for a little one in a minute :)

Hi all, still plodding on with it but tapering for HM is making it all look a bit pathetic! Today is total rest day so I have been reduced to walking to and for train station to work and school pickup for juneathon contribution! About 45 minutes total... Tomorrow, an exciting 15 min run on the schedule!

Hi all... Sound a like a good start for you all! . I am here but mad RL week and forgot to update.

Ive run 3 times and walked every day. Next week will try to run 5 days. Tennis with DS for 2 hours tomorrow and probably a long walk Sun, does that count or does it need to be a daily run?

Really need to do some core work... Anyone got advice on a good online resource for lifting weights? Or circuits I could do in the garden

Kitchen - some days all I can fit in is a walk round the village. As it is lashing it down here today, I think I am going to have to drag out the Wii Fit board or use the walker that's gathering dust in the garage!

Mitchy1nge · 07/06/2014 22:10

it all sounds great :)

a daily run would be brilliant but there are kit issues for me (so much laundry?) plus am old and injure self easily

will have to make do with riding today but run tomorrow

Saturday's exercise got missed but I went for a run today (25 mins). Blogged about both days though!

Mitchy1nge · 09/06/2014 11:28

we are keeping up the good work :) I ran yesterday and will again today

it's the days where there is no run on the plan that flummox me
