I need to add more cardio - but which one?

At present my exercise regime looks like this:
Monday: 1hr Pilates Mat Class after work
Tuesday: Walk home from work - 60 minutes fast
Weds: 1hr Pilates Reformer Class after work
Thurs: Walk home from work - 1hr
Fri: Walk home from work - 1hr
Sat: 1hr Pilates Equipment Studio class in the morning

I feel I need to introduce something that raises my heart rate. I am thinking of either Shredding [in the morning before work], or RPM on a Friday evening or Sunday morning, or interval running fast/slow on a Sunday morning, or something else? any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate to lose weight and although I have been following the above routine for ages, the weight is not coming off. The benefits of pilates are working though, core and posture wise.

Have a look at fitness blender, either their website or via you tube. You never have to repeat a workout and it really keeps it fresh.

Shred isn't really cardio. Running is good as you can fit it in whenever you have time.

Could you just run back from work once a week ? You could do it slowly at first if too difficult . You are doing loads though and slowly and surely is a good step.
Otherwise spinning is good , absolutely knackering though!

Do you know, I never thought about combining a run with the walk home from work!! The last half hour of the walk home is through a park with a running track around it! I do walk home carrying a back pack with all my stuff & the clothes I wear during the day, but can leave heavy stuff at work on the days I plan to run. Thanks guys!! and thanks for the fitness blender tip Lumpy, I will check that out too.
