I've re-started running again recently, but my shinbone and lower legs including calf are really sore when I am running. I've got new running shoes and think they might be the problem; the soles of my feet were really sore at first when I wore them the first few times, but this has got better. I think it's a vicious circle because when they hurt I sort of stiffen up and run in a more shuffly way instead of striding out.
Any ideas??
