Does running age you?

Was about to do a Google search for "does running tone your legs" and as I was typing the first thing that came up was "does running give you wrinkles?"

Cue lots of articles (ignored the DM ones Smile) about the high impact of running sagging the jaw and causing premature ageing... should I stick to power walking?!

Me too Kristina - my mental image is looking all glowy and swishing ponytail, and the truth is beetroot and mad hair.

Not looking forward to triathlon pics at all as wet hair, then helmet hair plus the horror of the tri suit is sure to result in an appalling pic

In fact I'd like to know how to look young, fresh and swishy on the start line as well

So pleased to hear that is there indeed someone who looks worse than me < pictures helmet hair and tri suit >

The tri suit is possibly the biggest incentive to train hard tbh.
The sports side of (sprint) tri is proving to be remarkably doable. The logistics of a sports bra that won't be dripping water on the bike, hair management, and getting my arm splints on in a hurry are much more of an issue

So glad I'm just a simple runner.

They should have you advertising tri BTW
