Basically that's it - I bought the Body By You book as I want to do some strengthening and conditioning work while I try to lose weight but don't want to go to the gym. It all looked quite innocuous…a few squats, some bends, some modified push-up type things. 20 minutes and you're done.
Oh. My. Goodness.
I know I'm out of shape, and 4+ stone overweight but my legs were completely shaky when I was finished.
I'm both embarrassed at how hard I found it at the really easy level and worried about how I'll get on when I have to do it all again at the weekend.
Anyone been there, done that? Any words of encouragement?
