After owning the DVD for longer than I care to admit I started this today. Anyone want to join me? You know you want to! Grin

I started again yesterday, I managed 9 days but then had a house move and the bank holiday so it went by the wayside.

I figure I need to start from the beginning again now even though I'm super bored of level 1!

I think there's lots of threads about it in the exercise topic too.

MrsReacher85 · 24/04/2014 16:10

And I just realised that you posted in that topic. Doh.

BigRedApple · 24/04/2014 17:58

MrsReacher it was reading those threads that motivated me. I figured I was too late for the April thread but didn't want to wait until May.

Yeah, I realised too late that you must have seen them! How did your first time go?

BigRedApple · 24/04/2014 18:48

It was ok, hard but over quickly.
I'm concerned it's going to kill my knees though. I'm planning on doing c25k at the same time. I'll start that tomorrow if my legs allow it.

How did you find it when you did the 9 days? Did it get easier? Did you notice any changes in your body?

It is never too late to join us, all of us are at different stages, I have been on the Shred threads since December and am still there whilst not even doing Shred (other JM workouts).
Please do come and join!

I didn't notice any physical changes, but it got miles easier! When I started, I was nowhere near being able to do even the modified push ups, and now I can do modified for the whole 30 seconds. It sounds small but it feel like a big difference to me.

I want to but am crap at exercise and discipline Blush. Will it give me my normal tummy back (don't want a washboard or even a flat tummy, just don't want to look 7 months pg - age and a love of chocolate catching up on me Blush )

BigRedApple · 25/04/2014 01:30

Velocitractor, I'm with you on the tummy. I don't need a washboard but I don't want to look like I've just given birth either.
Come on... Do it!
