Cyclists - saddle recommendations please!

I need advice on saddles please. I used to cycle quite a bit, but haven't cycled much since I got pregnant with DD - just a 45 min turbo session once a week. I've started training for Prudential Ride London (100 miles) so I've started going out for 2 - 3 hours. Oh my goodness, my nether regions are suffering. I've started using chamois cream, but that's not helping with the pressure discomfort. Can anyone recommend any saddles they've found particularly comfortable?

Selle Italia Diva Gel Flow, excellent for distance, just google it as available from lots of stockist for about the £57 mark in sale ( was about £78)

Brooks saddles. They perhaps look a bit hard and old-fashioned, but honestly they're really really comfortable. I splashed out a while back on one - like riding on air! Any good bike shop will sell them - expensive, but worth it. Shop around online; sometimes special offers. (But probably don't buy from Brooks themselves - cheaper from resellers for some reason.)

I second Brooks saddles. My dh has been raving about them for years and I finally got my hands on one last year - totally changed the riding experience for me! Before that I had a gel seat, a padded seat cover AND wore padded pants but still got a sore behind! Now I just wear the padded pants for longer rides but don't even bother with those for shorter ones.
