Hi all, I'm a very fit first trimester cyclist who also runs 5K and does Les Mills GRIt 3 x week, pump,combat and CXWorx very regularly. My last pregnancy I cycled only til 32 weeks, then became seriously ill with HELLP syndrome. Have just found out I am 6 weeks and lost 6 stone in last 2.5 years, I love my exercise and would like to continue GRIT and CXWorx etc, can anyone share their tips experience with me
