Jillian Michaels yoga DVD

Anyone tried this? Is it any good? Am tempted to buy but thought I'd get a few opinions first. I've done the shred and go to yoga and body balance classes, but am bored of the shred and want something for when I can't get to the gym.

Why don't you try these videos first. They are free, there are plenty and I just love love love Tara Stiles. IMHO JM did a yoga video to reach more customers, not because she believes in it or is really good at it.

I've just found level 1 of the Jillian Michaels yoga on YouTube so I can try it for free! Thanks for the Tara Stiles link though, I haven't heard of her before but her website looks really inspiring - I'll definitely be doing some of her workouts now too.
