I've decided to do an exercise class once a week. I have one hour where dd1 is at an activity in a leisure centre and there are 2 classes at that time, BodyCombat or Zumba. They also have BodyBalance at that time but it's fully booked every week by the regulars.
Which one would be better for me? I am overweight (I've lost 1.5st so far but still have at least another 2 to go) and it's been a long time since I last did an exercise class of any sort. I tried the 30 day shred a few months ago and buggered my back on about day 3, so that's put me off doing much since then.
