Shred, how long to wait after c section?

3 months do you think is ok?

Doing some weights and a little cross training and jogging but my god I want to get to it.

Would it be stupid?

I went jogging 5 weeks after section. Took it v gently though.
I dunno about the shred, it's pretty intensive and high impact, could you perhaps try something a little less relentless and build up to it?

I know what you mean though, I was gagging to do something.

Speaking as someone who did too much too soon id wait the 3 months. It's not a big deal to wait but if you damage yourself by rushing into it you'll regret it.

I'll carry on doing what I am at gym and maybe start shredding at the end of February.

I just hate feeling like a lump!
