Wondered if anyone had advice to give on this. I'm a bit overweight and definitely under-exercised - i do plenty of walking but not nearly enough (any) meaningful CV exercise. I have a DD and after a miscarriage in late Nov I am now TTC again (and don't want to delay thus because of my age) but also want to exercise more for all the obvious reasons. Any tips/pointers/advice you are able to share?
