I have Jillian 30 Day shred (somewhere)- desperately need to lose weight, tone up and get fit but dont want to buy anymore DVd's. I had amooch around on internet and came across the fitness blender online stuff- would anyone recommend these? are they any good?

Yes, I do. A friend recommended them. I also told my sister about them and she thinks they are really good. I can do the 3 levels of 30 day shred in one go so wanted something a bit more challenging.

I'm a big fan! I started with a HIIT video that someone had posted a link to, and found their 8 week programmes (I've done two of these and currently follow their "busy people" programme). Made a huge difference in my fitness levels and weight loss, got really toned from it.

You don't need to download the programmes as all the workouts are free but it made sure that all my jiggly bits got properly worked on each week. Otherwise, you can select full body workouts and take your pick (some need weights, a lot don't). They are also graded for difficulty, 5 being the hardest.
