Life after C25K?

I've just finished run 1 of week six and I'm starting to panic.

What do I do after I've finished the whole programme?! I wish there were podcasts for 10k

What did you/are you going to do after you complete the 9 weeks? Smile

Keep on running.Grin

I just set the stop watch for half an hour.

I struggle to stick to things and having the times to start running and walking helps me a lot, I'm just worried once it's done I'll lose track and won't continue to run!

Having a programme to follow is the only way I'll stay on track I think Grin

There is a 10 km app. Have a look - don't think the NHS do one, but several others do.

The NHS do some C25K+ runs - I've been working through these, and the final 30 min run.

I've dropped to running twice a week (well, thats the plan, not happened this past 2 weeks!), and swimming and/or an exercise class to mix it up a bit.

I've also discovered a load of people run from work at lunchtime, so I've been trailing behind them sometimes (they are MUCH faster than me).

Addicted to sugar- thanks! I didn't realise there'd be other apps for it, I've found one that kind of continues on from the c25k one that adds another 5 weeks to get to 10k! I'm over the moon Smile

There's hope for me after all haha.
This is the first time I've actually been on track for getting fit as I normally lose interest after 2-3 weeks.
