I want to do c25k on a treadmill, but as I'm going to the gym for this anyway I'd like to add in other kinds of exercises to make it up to a 40/50 minute session. I can only go three times a week so it makes sense to see the treadmill as the cardio the add other bits (or I think it does, I don't know much!) Any ideas of what to add and where (start, end, etc?) thanks!
