I have been recommended to try Pilates for exercise as I was finding 30DS and 6W6P were giving me a bad back.

Can anyone suggest a good DVD? And do you also need to combine it with cardio?

Thanking in advance xx

I go to a class then do it at home following a similar programme, sorry can't help with a dvd but have a look on amazon, the reviews are quite helpful.

Hi. Try looking up 'blogilates' on YouTube. It is a really great series of daily Pilates workouts that I find fun and challenging.

A DVD that I really like is 'Pilates workout for dummies'. Both instructors are quite fast-paced but it keeps the Pilates interesting and you can achieve great results from both.

Lynn someone v good BUT you really should have a few lessons - 2/3 private sessions would prob be enough as you could do some damage if you get positions wrong.
