Which sort of classes are best for someone who is really un-coordinated?
I'm reasonably fit (can easily run 5K on the treadmill in 30 mins) and not overweight, but struggle to keep up with any class with any kind of dance routine type aerobic thing going on - just can't work out what I'm supposed to be doing and end up looking stupid.
My gym also does body pump and body balance classes, are these reasonably easy to follow?
