Is it possible to play the radio through my iPhone?

Does anyone know whether it's possible to play Radio 2 though my iPhone 5 so I can listen whilst running?

Download tune in radio, I think it's less than a pound and you get thousands of radio stations whenever you want.

I have enough 3G where I run to use the Nike app to track my run but I run in the countryside so no wifi and phone signal not perfect!
