A good exercise DVD with cardio as well as strength building?

A couple of Weeks ago I completed C25K but my husbands work hours have changed and with three small children (youngest 4 months) I can't get out the house to exercise easily. I'm doing 5:2 as well and can occasionally get to a Zumba class.

I want to lose about 3 stone and keep the momentum going. Can anyone recommend a DVD?

I would recommend Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 (or the ever popular 30 Day Shred)! She has many other good ones (love Killer Buns & Thighs) but R30 is the best quick all in one IMO.

Yes, something by Jillian- I bought this. I've just got one more shred to go before completing, then I'm thinking maybe 6w6p 2-3x per week and bfbm 1-2x per week for a bit.

On my days off I use my weighted hula hoop to tone my abs a bit.
