Haven't been to the gym for about 3 months now, firstly because I sprained my wrist & then time has just gone on & on.
But I'm exhausted, some evenings I can barely summon the energy to cook dinner, how can I get back into it. Evenings & weekends are the only time I can really go, I have 2 small boys & whilst there's a crèche at the gym it's expensive & often fully booked.
I'm sure I sound like I'm making excuses (& I probably am) but I can't get off my backside & get myself motivated.
