I'm feeling very wobbly at the moment, I want to do something about it ASAP!
What exercise classes are the most effective?
I once did the 30day shred by jillian Michaels and within 11 days and noticed a massive difference in body tone and lost a couple of inches! Are there any classes that will have a similar effect? I don't want to do the shred at the moment as I'm not feeling motivated enough to work out at home and don't have the space right now.
I'm thinking about maybe bootcamp? And circuits? I feel like I need to blast my belly flat 
I prefer classes like Zumba and body pump but I want fast results
