please?
I used to have a flat stomach but it's been knocked out of shape by some fibroids (which have now shrunk). I still look a little pregnant but it's mostly squishy and untoned muscle so I'm hoping I can sort this out with some exercises, preferably things that I can do at home. Is this the right way or am I just fat? I can't weigh myself as the remaining fibroids are quite heavy.
I'm not good at this so I'd be grateful for anything you can suggest.
