Anyone using the TRX strength training straps??

Man, it's hard but a good work out with a great burn.

Just wondered what others think of it . Just done my first whole session (3 sets) and I can feel it already and I do lots of strength work anyway. Be interesting to see if this has better results than my normal gym routine :)

Have done group sessions on it but not as part of my usual routine. I like it but not sure I would do very well if left on my own to do it, rather than have an instructor.

I have one that I use ok mostly look resentfully at on holiday. I think it's fantastic. Core strength is the biggest benefit I think. I exercise hard when not on holiday, but just a couple of days of sessions of planks/pikes/mountain climbers with the TRX and I can see the difference in my abs.

My DH uses a similar system called "rip 60" which I will be starting later in the autumn once I am postnatally recovered enough. Lurking to see what you're all achieving...!

Cindy there are endless YouTube vids with suggested workouts, easy without a trainer - motivation not withstanding Grin
