I have my six week check next week and am hoping to get the all clear to start exercising again. I have previously done the Shred which I enjoyed and produced great results, but I had a tougher pregnancy this time and don't feel ready for Jillian yet!
Any suggestions for a more moderate but still worthwhile exercise DVD?
I'm also going to look at couch to 5k given all the recommendations on here so something I can alternate around that to rebuild some core strength would be good.
