Exercise DVD that will help me work up to the Shred!

I have my six week check next week and am hoping to get the all clear to start exercising again. I have previously done the Shred which I enjoyed and produced great results, but I had a tougher pregnancy this time and don't feel ready for Jillian yet!

Any suggestions for a more moderate but still worthwhile exercise DVD?

I'm also going to look at couch to 5k given all the recommendations on here so something I can alternate around that to rebuild some core strength would be good.

Get the dr to check that your tummy muscles have knotted back together before doing ab work - I didn't and sit-ups etc have made them far worse Sad

What about a pilates one? I've heard people say that it builds core gently, such that you might not even feel like you're doing anything.

I remember doing a Davina one (Superfit??) that I thought was easier than Jillian. At the time it struck me as a good build up, cardio wise, to Jillian rather than an alternative.
