Hi - just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for pre and post natal exercise classes? Also any recommended brands for exercise gear to go from pre to post? Thanks!

A good sports bra. I've got a shock absorber run and it holds everything still.

Wear proper sports vests/teeshirts rather than cotton as it'll keep you cooler.

Thank you. Been looking for pregnancy workout gear but doesn't seem to be much around. Also can't seem to find much in the way of classes aside from pregnancy yoga. But anyway, will keep looking!

I did aqua-natal but it wasn't very taxing, even though I had a very low level of fitness at the time. If you're already quite active then you'd probably find it a bit boring. It's nice when you're enormous with achey hips though.

Definitely agree with the shock absorber although be aware you will be changing cups sizes several times a day in the early post-natal days, so watch out for blocked ducts and mastitis that can be caused by badly fitting bras.

Hey,

I have been wearing clothes by Fittamamma, they are great and really supportive. I only bought the high support top, but they have all sorts of fitness wear available! they also have great exercise advice and eating advice, if you need it!
I have been told that you can wear the top post pregnancy aswell, which i am very happy about! I bought my top during my first trimester when I was barley showing and that was a small, I have had no problem with it fitting me and now im almost 6 months :) www.fittamamma.com/section.php/6/1/supportive_maternity_sportswear
