How to banish jumbo thighs and saddlebags?

That's it really. Caught sight of my massive thighs and saddlebags in a full length mirror at the swimming pool the other day. URGH! The veil of denial has been truly cast from my eyes.

Really need some exercise suggestions to help get rid of them. I can't run due to dodgy knee.

Weight loss. You can't spot reduce fat I'm afraid.

The shred helped me tone up (not overweight but was flabby) but have now hit a point where everywhere but my thighs look good, am almost looking too muscular but thighs remain disgusting. Don't know what to do so would welcome any specific exercise suggestions.

Diet is the most important thing.
Exercise wise, whilst you can't spot reduce fat, squats and lunges can improve the muscle under the fat and make your thighs look better.

If you can't run, cycling is a good way to lose weight. My mum couldn't even walk because of arthritis in her knee but was able to cycle.
