Holy Grail of Bike carriers!

Can anyone recommend a bike carrier for at least 3 bikes that doesn't require a towbar, trailer or go on top of the car? Also needs to be easy to attach! TIA.

Watching with interest now DS1's bike no longer goes in the boot.

Thanks, that looks really interesting :).

Shame - I've checked the Saris fit guide and none of them fit our car. Anyone able to recommend anything different? TIA.

Saris bones not on the list for my car either but I was persuaded to try it and it works perfectly. I have a convertible and it sits on the boot/bumper. Have travelled many many trouble free miles.

I've a saris solo that wasn't supposed to fit my car but it fits perfectly. Might be worth buying it and trying it, just check with the shop that you can return it if it doesn't fit. I've done lots of research into carriers and Saris Bones is what I would buy :)

Oh okay, thanks, I'll give it a try. What's the difference between the models (other than price and colour!)?

The saris solo only takes one bike, saris bones will take 2 or 3 bikes depending on whether it's a bones 2 or a bones 3 :)

Thanks :). I was looking at the Bones, Bones RS, Sentinel and Bike Porter but I've gone with the Bones so fingers crossed!
