I just don't understand the difference
My local baths do:
Aqua Tone
Aqua Strength
Aqua Blast
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Aerobics
What is the difference between them all? and how fit do you have to be?
At my last pool they just had beginners/retired aqua, intermediate aqua and advanced
I am putting myself off before I even go and think i will go for a swim later on instead today
