Can anyone recommend fitness DVDs?

I usually swim, walk and do ballet (badly) but DH will be away with work all summer and I don't want to fork out for childcare so I can do free exercise.

DVDs I can follow at home while the DCs are asleep but what's good? I'd like something aerobic (but not too vigorous - having gynae surgery so maybe something suitable for post-natal?) and maybe yoga-y. Never done this before so no idea what's good and what's sleb-endorsed tripe.

NYC ballet? If it's still out there, hopefully improved (the workouts were great but the actual way it took ages to get from one to another was, dated I suppose)

I love Shiva Rea yoga DVDs because each one has a matrix so you can quickly and easily put together a practice of the length and type you fancy or use one of her pre-set ones - daily energy, am and pm energy and more daily energy are all fantastic discs. She also has a yoga shakti one that is a bit fucking weird until you get used to her. If you are a total yoga beginner the Elements series (v cheap) inc some Pilates might be a start but is best to start in a class or go to one sometimes I think.

Would recommend Callanetics but am unable to stop laughing and do it yet.

Jillian Michaels has got a new one out that absolutely kills me (in a good way!). She's the trainer for the US version of The Biggest Loser, and if she can get those people into shape, I have hope for myself yet!
