I started the c25k about 6 ago now that DS is 7 months, I was doing great for 2 weeks then I guess pulled my calf muscle, very sore. So I haven't run since waiting for it to get better and it's still really sore! It seems to improve then I'll take a stair badly or something and it flares up again.
Anything I should be doing to help it heal? I was really enjoying getting back into running again, gutted its been so long again already.
