anyone bought a Decathlon waterproof jacket?

I need to replace my waterproof jacket and someone said Decathlon was very good value. I've had a look at their website (after checking out Berghaus's) and indeed I am amazed at the prices. My usual motto is " you buy cheap you buy twice" . But would I be turning my nose up at a bargain? Are they breathable? What's the durability like? Thanks for any info you can share.

I've had them in the past. IMHO they are a bit cheap and cheerful but I suppose it depends how much walking/activity you're planning on doing. For casual weekend wear or light rambling I would say they're fine. I don't find them massively breathable though (or at least the last one I had wasn't). Construction quality is fine though - won't fall apart after a couple of wears.
