No idea I'm afraid but according to an article in runners' world this month, if you carry weight on your bum and thighs its because you produce too much oestrogen. Apparently you can fix this by using organic products, filtering water and not storing food in plastic containers
I always thought my flabby arse was because of my lunchtime cake. Now I know its because of the old ice cream box I carry it in.
Watching with interest to see if there are any more sensible answers just Incase switching to a glass lunch box doesn't give me toned legs and a pert behind.
