Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post but what age is best (minimum age really) for kids to get something out of ice skating and do you have any tips on what to take?
I haven't been since I was 13. My DC are 4.10 years and 25 months. They haven't done rollerskating yet either.
The local rink hires out these 'penguin' helpers for toddlers but I don't know what they consist of, and actually does an under 5s session, but it does seem a bit hard to manage in my imagination. What size do the hire skates start from?
Could it just be a miserable experience at this age for them or could they really enjoy it AT ALL? Thanks
