And a couple of other things - how long did it take to notice changes to your body shape and what distance/how often did you have to run to achieve it?
I'm short (5') and slim (6-8) but so untoned with typical problem areas such as wobbly tummy and thighs. I want to start running and aim to begin by doing c25k as I've never run before!
Any advice or tips also would be most welcome :)
