Is anyone doing the 5x50 challenge ?
If you don't know, it's running, walking, jogging or cycling 5km every day for 50 days starting from Easter Sunday. You can substitute 30 mins of exercise instead of 5k if you prefer. I found out about it through the Nhs C25k site so I thought as I'm doing that anyway I'll just add in some other things on my non-running days - it's not that hard to fit a 5k walk in as you can split it across the day if necessary. I'm going to try and cycle on at least some of the other days or do my zumba DVD if I can't get out. It fits well for me because the last day of it is the day I'm doing the race for life.
