Trainers for a beginner to start walking/jogging

I haven't got a lot to spend £100 really, what would people recommend please ?
Also do these running tights work/feel comfortable ?

I would strongly suggest going to a specialist running shop who should do a gait analysis. This will show if you need supportive shoes / if your feet do something funny etc. Once you know which shoes work, you can get them online.

I know Up and Running have a few shops around the country and are pretty good. Where are you? someone may be able to recommend somewhere local.
