Sports bra and trainer recommendations

I am going to start running to help me to lose my baby weight (DS2 is 9 weeks now).
I am going to run with the dog across fields. What trainers would you recommend?

I have a fairly ample chest-which is the best sports bra to get?

the website lessbounce is very good and they are helpful on the end of the phone too. I have the extremely unattractive Enell, which does the job brilliantly (although, in my case, being uber-ample, I wear it over a shock absorber bra).

Don't get anything that goes on over your head.

Trainers I'm less fussy about, whatever's on sale.

Shock absorber run bra goes to 38F and is fantastic. Lots of positive comments on here from the more well endowed for Enell too.

Trainers-go to a specialist running shop and get your gait analysed free. They will recommend certain makes and models to suit you. If they are too ££ then try and find same makes but past season designs cheaper online somewhere like sportsshoes.com

Another vote for shock absorber run- it's fantastic. As for trainers, sweatshop are great and have a sale, if you register and do a parkrun- you'll get a 50% off voucher.
