Hello

Just wanted some tips please. Have had a baby recently, and would like tips for getting rid of the jelly belly. I've never really had to do any exercise before so have no idea where to begin.

Any ideas....

My answer may be frowned upon but pole fitness is the only way I've ever got rid of jelly belly.

stacey - sounds like fun, did you buy your own pole? or go to classes? how often did you do it?

I tried a pole fitness class once and would love to do it again Smile

Spot toning is very hard but yes, I second pole fitness. I have been doing it for three years now and my stomach and arms/shoulders have become really toned and defined.

Go on do it, its fun, addictive and brilliant exercise.

How often do you go to pole fitness? And how long did it take to notice a difference in your belly?

I go to a session once or twice a week and sometime pole at home too.

I cant remember how long it took as my stomach was ok anyway, I was more concerned about my legs. Like I said, spot toning is not really possible, you cant really say I am gonna exercise to get better abs....with diet and exercise the fat will eventually go from everywhere and some people lose from different places. Sadly for me, my face is always the thing that loses the most weight so it gets really scrawny whilst my bum never seems to change.

Poling is very very good for abs though but you have to be consistant....and diet!
