Any hill walkers with wide feet?

I need to buy myself a pair of walking boots as I am going to do the Inca Trail in September 2013. I know I need to go to a specialist shop and try them on but I wondered if anyone could recommend some brands that might fit wide feet.

Keens

This is just a small selection - search on the web and you'll find lots more - they do boots, trainers, sandals, converse-style shoes, snow boots, water shoes etc too.

If you can get free p&p/returns somewhere, it's better to try them via online shopping as not many places stock them. But you might find some in Tiso and other walking shops.

I LOVE them - I know it sounds corny but I discovered them a few years ago and I am so much happier as I could never find wide, well-made shoes I liked.

I've had Brasher boots (always excellent) but recently purchased some rather more expensive Meindl boots (cost me about £150) which have been the most agonisingly uncomfortable boots I have ever worn in my life. I even had special insoles made to measure in the hope that this would make the boots more comfortable but it didn't. I've now gone back to wearing my old Brasher Hillmasters which are bliss in comparison!
